Club President / 26th Year with Nevada Jrs.
Bob is one of the founding coaches of Nevada Jrs. in 1984. During that span, Nevada Jrs. has won two Junior Olympic Championships in 1988 and 1990, as well as three Festival Championships in 1989, 1990, and 1991, with over forty players continuing on to compete in Division I programs, plus many more players participating at Division II, III, and small colleges. Bob was recognized in 1990 as the USVBA National Coach of the Year and received Volleyball Festival's Distinguished Service to Junior Volleyball. He also coached for USA Volleyball from 1998 through 2003 as both an assistant coach with the Youth National Team and as a head coach for the Junior National Team. Bob retired recently after teaching English and coaching for 31 years in the Clark County School District. While coaching at both Clark and Durango High Schools, he amassed nearly 680 wins and eight State Championships coaching girls, and 250 wins with one State Championship and two Clark County Championships directing the boys' programs. Bob graduated from UCSB in 1976 with a degree in English. He has two sons, Christopher, 27, who plays professional baseball and Danny, 25, who earned two undergraduate degrees from Pepperdine University.

Club Director / 26th Year with Nevada Jrs.
Erin is also one of the founding coaches of Nevada Jrs. in 1984, and has been involved with the club in some capacity ever since. She took a break from coaching to have her son, Chase, but is now back on board helping to mentor coaches and assist in coaching where needed. Erin was a Physical Educator at Fay Galloway Elementary for seven years, from 1984 to 1991. During that time, she also served as the Assistant Women's Varsity Volleyball Coach at Valley HS for five years, from 1985 to 1989. Since 1991, Erin has been a Health Educator at Green Valley HS and was named State of Nevada Teacher of the Year in 2002. She has also held the position of Head Women's Varsity Volleyball Coach at Green Valley HS for those 17 years. During her coaching reign, her teams have won 11 Conference Championships, seven Region Championships, two State runner-ups, and four State Championships. She has been named Region Coach of the Year five times and NIAA Model Coach of the Year in 2006. Erin also served as Men's Varsity Volleyball Coach at Green Valley HS for seven years, from 1991 to 1996 and again in 2009.

16s Head Coach / 5th Year with Nevada Jrs.
Krysta joins the 16s team this season after spending the past 4 seasons as the head coach of the 15's team. She is a Las Vegas native who played volleyball at Green Valley HS, winning a State Championship in her senior year. She graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Biological and Earth Sciences. Currently Krysta is a Biology teacher at Foothill HS, where she has also coached volleyball for the past five years- two years as the Head B-team Coach, one year as the Head JV Coach, and two years as the Head Varsity Coach.

16s Assistant Coach / 4th Year with Nevada Jrs.
This is Chelsi’s fourth season coaching with Nevada Jrs. She spent the first three as the 15's assistant. She went to Green Valley HS, and played on the team that captured a State title in 2001. She also played club volleyball for the Las Vegas Wahines from 1998 to 2002. Chelsi then attended the College of Southern Nevada where she graduated with an Associate's degree in Business in 2005. She has served as an Assistant Coach for Foothill HS under fellow Nevada Jrs. coach, Krysta Ortiz.

14s Head Coach / 4th Year with Nevada Jrs.
Syd grew up in the city and played four years of high school volleyball for Green Valley, winning a State Champtionship in 2001, and four years of club volleyball with the LVVC Wahines and Club Vegas organizations. After spending one year at UNLV, she transfered to the University of Nevada Reno in order to complete her English Writing degree. Upon her return from a teaching internship in India, Syd joined her alma mater, Green Valley HS, as an Assistant Varsity Coach under our director of coaches, Erin Hill. Syd will serve as the head coach at the 13's level after spending the last two seasons with our 16s age group. She is looking forward to a fantastic season and anticipates giving the 13's everything necessary to become more outstanding athletes, students, citizens, and teammates.

13s Head Coach / 3rd Year with Nevada Jrs.
Teri was born and raised in Wheatland, WY, where she played four years of high school volleyball. Teri individually earned three All-State honors and led her team to a victory as team captain and MVP in the 2000 Wyoming State Volleyball Championship. She then went on to Sheridan Junior College (Sheridan, WY) where she played basketball for two years, before transferring to UNLV to compete on the track squad. Teri graduated with a degree in Communications, and is now a sales manager for Cintas Corporation. Teri is very excited to continue working with Nevada Jrs.

Strength & Conditioning Coach / 4thYear with Nevada Jrs.
Although Personal Training and Sports Conditioning is his passion, he currently serves as a Bomb Appraisal Officer for TSA. He was born in Honolulu, HI, and graduated from Sandalwood HS in Jacksonville, FL, in 2000. Chad enlisted in the USAF for six years as an EOD (Bomb Squad) Technician at Nellis AFB, and then separated as a Staff Sergeant in February 2007. He has a strong personal interest in physical health and fitness and believes that physical training is an essential part of any sports program. Chad looks forward to investing his time in the development of these young athletes as he understands the many benefits that Nevada Jrs. has to offer. The skills and knowledge that Chad brings to the table will help to strengthen the volleyball experience for each of the girls. Nevada Jrs. is fortunate to have him as a member of the staff.

Club Administrator / 5th Year with Nevada Jrs.
Kim is in her second year as the club administrator spending her first 3 seasons coaching with the club. Growing up in Colorado she played for Pikes Peak VBC and continued her club experience in college at Colorado State University. During her senior year at CSU, she was named to the all-tournament teams for the 2003 Las Vegas Open and the 2003 Virgin Islands Invitational. As a product of the club system in Colorado, she understands and values the importance of club volleyball programs and is excited to continue working with Nevada Jrs. Currently, Kim is an Athletic Academic Advisor at UNLV.
